Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You can purchase additional usage tokens or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you before you reach your limits.
How do simulation tokens work?
Simulation tokens are consumed based on the complexity and scale of your survey campaigns. The cost is calculated using a formula that considers the number of audience dimensions, survey questions, A/B testing variants (if any), and the number of simulated responses. There's also a small base cost per campaign. Essentially, more detailed audiences, longer surveys, A/B tests, and a higher number of responses will use more tokens. You can see an estimated cost for 100 responses for each plan above.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Free plan gives you access to core features with monthly limits. Due to high demand and to ensure quality, access to the Free plan is currently managed via a waiting list. You can sign up for the waiting list on our website. Alternatively, you might receive an invitation from a friend who is already a user, or you can skip the waiting list entirely by subscribing to one of our premium plans (Premium, Pro, or Enterprise), which offer immediate access and more extensive features. A credit card may be required for the Free plan for spam prevention, but you won't be charged unless you choose to upgrade.
How does billing work?
Monthly and annual subscriptions are available with automatic renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term commitments.
